Professional Background and Family History
I graduated from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana in June of 1978. My degree was in Home Economics Education Broadfield; emphasis in Family Life & Child Development.

My husband and I worked as Teaching-Parents in an Achievement Home in Great Falls, MT for a year before moving to Whitefish, MT to pastor a church. In the church I assisted with Children's Ministry and worked as a substitute teacher. Nine years later we moved to Helena, MT where I worked as an Infant Care Director for non-profit organization and then became a Head Start teacher.

In 1992 our family moved to Yakima, Washington, where I traveled with my husband for two years and home schooled our three children. After our home was built, I assisted him in his publishing company and ministry, Worldcast Publishing & Ministry. I gained my computer experience at this time. Finally, in the spring of 2000, a friend encouraged me to acquire my Washington State Teaching Certificate. I did so, and in the  Fall of 2001 went to work at Barge-Lincoln Elementary as a third grade teacher.

I have completed 15 post-graduate credits and the WA state required Professional Growth Plan class gaining another 3 semester credits. In August of 2006 I completed my Master's Program at Walden University n Technology in the Classroom and received a state endorsement for English Language Learners (ELL) from Heritage University in 2005.

Joshua, our eldest son, is 28 has worked as a social worker in Ithaca, New York and Portland, Oregon for the last seven years. He is currently a full time Master's student at Binghatmon University for Social Work. He is currently working with homeless and runaway youth. He also co-facilitates anger management support groups in Ithaca City School District. He graduated for The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA with a BA in Social Justice. Before graduate school, Joshua was the program director for Lifelong, the Ithaca Senior Center, and a geriatric case manager in Portland, Oregon at Friendly House.

Aimee, our only daughter is 24 and has completed her Associate of Arts degree at Yakima Valley Community College. She works as a nanny. Currently she has a young girl that she cares for named Zoe. She currently lives in Bellingham, Washington with her husband Ian. They married in August of 2006. Ian is finishing a degree in Accounting at Western Washington University. Aimee loves doing art work and sharing that love with others. In September we visited the Bellingham Outdoor Market. It was filled with creative pieces of jewelry and art. It was fun to see them with her.

Peter, our youngest son, is 23 years old, and lives in Portland. He is a Leasing Agent at Fox Management, Inc., a property management firm. He is busy showing rental properties and taking care of landlords and their properties. He has great people skills, innovative thinking and a go get'm attitude when it comes to business.

Since Harold and I live alone now, we have many animals to keep us company. We have two dogs; Louisa and Franny. Louisa loves to play fetch with her ball, ride in Harold's pickup and accompany Harold on a trip into the mountains. Franny is always looking for love and attention and doesn't much care where she is as long as she knows she's loved. We have several doves two peafowls, and one peacocks. The new addition to the Eberle Farm are two miniature donkeys, Sparkles and Spartacus. We have a small flock of sheep. Currently we have three young rams and two sheep.

Our family has found a wonderfully warm community in Yakima. We love its warmth and diversity. I have a wonderful neighborhood and am endeared with many devoted friends.
